Club Training Schedule
There is also a standard run/jog for those that do not wish to run the session below
10 Feb - Pyramids or 3,5,7 mile run choice incl Fartlek
17 Feb - Speed or 3,5,7 mile run choice incl Fartlek
All runs are dependant on weather conditions, such as icy roads.
